GraceWorks was born out of hardship.

According to a Gallup study of the American workplace, two-thirds are disengaged, or worse, at their workplace. But the United States is not the only country suffering. More and more people all across the globe are miserable with their job. They want to enjoy what they do, and they want it to be purposeful. Working nine to five at a desk doing menial work and never getting anywhere just isn't cutting it anymore.

This is where GraceWorks steps in. What if people were able to do what they were created to do? What if they were actually able to pursue their dreams, turning them into goals, and then achievements? What if their work actually meant something, and they could see it change the world?

We believe it can happen. With out-of-the-box thinking, one person and one project at a time, we can indeed change the world. But only if people are passionate.

Here at GraceWorks, we know that just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. Just because you can work that office job, even if you are "good" at it, doesn't mean you should. Instead, we encourage living a life where you do what you love and an income flows from that, whereas the majority of people work a job to pay the bills and do what they love as a hobby, if at all.

We believe these principles must be practiced from the top to the bottom. It starts with the leaders, and everyone else will follow their lead.
