Service Description

In this basic, starting package, the entirety of your employees will get their skills inventoried for both the businesses and employee's benefit. The package includes: -GraceWorks meeting with key leadership -Individual strengths assessment of all employees -Analysis of assessment -A complete skills inventory, including an organization chart with strengths attached. Your company will receive the results of the individual strengths assessment as well as an analysis of your leadership team. The target goal of this product is 2-5% increase in employee productivity. The cost of this package is $5,500 for a 4 week engagement. This package must be purchased before advancing to the next level of packages.
