This adept package builds on the skills assessment of the previous package. In this service, we begin to define the analysis, in order to assist your key leaders in organizing and developing a plan to ensure the the company is adequately staffed in a strategic way so that the placement of your employees is situated for maximum potential. This includes: -Coaching for leadership -Employee Placement Analysis -Interviews with key staff from each department -Strategic staffing plan The process of this service will equip your leadership team with a crucial staffing blueprint, as well as the an understanding of the ability to use the strengths of the employees for the growth and development of productivity of staff for future purposes. The target return of this service is a combination of 4-7% top end growth, net income and/or employee productivity. This package is $8,250 for a 6 week engagement. This package must be purchased before advancing to the next level of packages.
